Two meetings will be held on Sunday, 26 May 2024 – a Special General Meeting (SGM) followed by the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the RSCDS Qld Branch Inc.

Special General Meeting

Please find attached Notice and two attachments for a Special General
Meeting, which is called for 10:00am on Sunday 26 May at the Communify
Hall in Love Street, Spring Hill. Please read the attachments 1 and 2 which explain the reason for this special general meeting.

If you are not able to attend the SGM on 26 May, you are encouraged to
fill in and return a proxy form – see the SGM 2024 proxy form link above.

Annual General Meeting

Here are the Notice, Nomination form and Proxy form (in the same file) for
the upcoming Branch AGM, scheduled for 10:05am on Sunday 26 May
2024, immediately following the Special General Meeting.

If you wish to nominate a member for a position, please return the
completed Nomination form to on or before Sunday 12 May 2024, as indicated on the form.

Nomination forms received after 12 May will not be considered. Where possible, vacant positions will be filled from members attending the AGM.
